  • If your child is less than 7 years old, you only need their personal identification number to open an account.
  • If your child is 7 or older, you need their Passport or ID card to open an account.
  • The Internet Bank and Mobile Bank agreements can be entered into for children who are at least 6 years old.
  • If you’d like your child to be able to use the mobile app on their phone, create a Smart-ID for them. If your child has an ID card, you can create the Smart ID online.

To view your card’s PIN code in the app, log in and tap on the "Cards" section in the bottom menu. Choose your card and click "Card PIN". After tapping, confirm it with your chosen authentication method. The card’s PIN code is shown for 30 seconds. Do not show your PIN code to other people.

Contactless payments

You can enable the contactless payment option for your child’s card via your Internet Bank. Whenever need be, you can activate and deactivate this option. The contactless payment option allows you to pay for purchased of up to €50 without having to enter your PIN.

If necessary, the child can turn Easy Saver on or off at any time, and the saved money can be withdrawn too. To use the Easy Saver, the child must have an Agreement of Teleservices and the "all services" profile activated. Your child's account information is used for the Easy Saver.
