Payment limits and user management

  • View and change your daily and monthly payment limits.
  • Add other users to your accounts.

You can change the limits of bank cards on the cards page.

User rights

You can give other users access to your Internet Bank and choose the rights for each user based on different profiles shown in the table below.

Manage your Internet Bank users and be in total control of the account, agreements and permissions.

  • Save time and change your daily and monthly payment limits in Internet Bank whenever you need to.
  • Increase the limit up to 20 000 EUR or reduce to an amount you prefer. If you need a higher limit, send us a bank message.
  • Limit changes for Internet Bank payments take effect immediately after the changes are made.
  • Give other people access to any of your accounts. They must have a user-ID issued by Swedbank.
  • Revise, revoke and suspend user rights based on profiles.
  • Set user-based payment limits.

If you are added to other Remote Banking Services Agreements:

  • As a regular user, you can view the content of the agreement, including your rights stated in it.
  • As a corporate customer with administrator rights, you can make amendments to the agreement.
  • If you are a parent or legal representative of a minor or a person with limited legal capacity, you can see their agreement.
Before you decide to give someone access to your account, you should make sure they understand the responsibility. Especially when you give someone rights to make payments from your account, you should ask yourself if you trust this person and if the risk of sharing the account is worth the reward. Bear in mind, users with full mode access will be able to manage some other account-related agreements as well (e.g. Easy saver, e-invoices etc). When it comes to your account security, you can never be too careful!

From 23.03.2021 Swedbank Internet Bank and Banklink is no longer available using Internet Explorer browser.

It is not possible to authorize or make payments from Swedbank on other web pages using Internet Explorer.
