Standing orders

Save your time – order your company payments to be done automatically

  • Standing orders can make payments automatically to your chosen account, at a frequency and under conditions specified by you.
  • Transfers will always be made in time, if there are sufficient funds in the company’s bank account, designated for payments under standing orders.
  • You can easily order, manage and monitor the status of your standing orders when logged in to the Internet bank.

How does it work?

  • Standing order payment can be launched after signing the agreement.
  • Bank will make requested payments on your behalf following the conditions you’ve indicated.
  • There are several types of standing orders:
    • Fixed Amount.
    • All Account Balance.
    • Percentage of Balance.
  • Payment may be executed as a domestic or a foreign payment.
  • You can view and manage all active standing orders of your company in Internet bank.

You have full control of your standing orders

  • On the day of standing order payment to be done, the bank systems shall check your company’s bank account:
    • If there are enough funds in the account to make the payment the transfer will be executed.
    • If not, bank systems will be checking your account for 2 more days after the payment date (only for fixed amount standing orders).
  • The bank does not make partial standing order payments.

Important: your standing order agreement will not be terminated because of insufficient funds for the payment.

Easy to set up

  • You can easily conclude Fixed amount Standing order agreement in Internet bank.
    When concluding the Standing order agreement, you’ll have to specify:
    • Information about the beneficiary.
    • Amount and currency of the payment.
    • Date of the first payment and the frequency.
  • In Internet Bank the Fixed amount Standing order agreement may be signed by a person with a info and payments profile.
  • Standing orders agreements for Account Balance or Percentage of Balance can be concluded only in branch.

How to terminate the agreement?

If necessary, Standing order agreement can be terminated at any time free of charge in Internet bank by user from info and payment profile or in any branch.

Instant payment can be sent via Internet bank or mobile app Swedbank Eestis if payment amount does not exceed 15 000 € (incl.).

Terms and conditions of a European payment:

  • the payment currency is the euro;
  • the correct IBAN is indicated in the payment;
  • the service fee type is ‘shared’;
  • the beneficiary of the payment and the remitter’s bank are located in a country of the European Union and/or the European Economic Area (plus Andorra, Gibraltar, Mayotte, Monaco, Switzerland, San Marino, Saint-Martin, Saint-Barthelemy, Saint-Pierre and Miquelon, the Vatican City, and the United Kingdom (including Guernsey, the Isle of Man, Jersey).

International payment fee is applied when the beneficiary’s IBAN is not indicated in the payment.

Domestic urgent payment and European urgent payment
National or European urgent payments entered before 16.30 on a business day will be transferred in real time via the pan-European TARGET system. A payment order made at any other time will be forwarded to the bank of the beneficiary of the payment on the next business day.

How to log in securely?
  • You shouldn’t confirm transactions or logins to Internet Bank or app, which are not initiated by you under no circumstances.
  • You shouldn’t ever disclose your personal data or data used for login to Internet Bank and app to other persons, including family members, friends or bank employees, unless you are calling to the bank.
  • Do not write down, send by e-mail, SMS, etc. or otherwise save any confidential codes and passwords to unlock the screen of your computer or mobile phone. Create complex passwords, that are difficult to guess, memorise them and change them regularly. When creating PIN codes, be sure to make PIN codes in random number combination. Do not use combinations, such as 1111, 1234, dates of birth other personal details etc.
  • Remember that your User ID number is as important as your personal code, thus pay a great deal of attention to its security.
  • Keep in mind that after login you will have access to many services including external ones which do not require additional authentication.
